Doctor Who. Our Fair Julia.

Throwing our cutie-curly-smiling-tough Julia's thoughts to your disposition.

On a scale out of 1 to 10 how cool are you?
J: 11 :-)

Who is your ‘God Father’ in QA?
J: Truly speaking, I do not have such person. I guess, it could be my husband. He suggested me to send my CV for QA vacancy when I decided to relocate to Kiev.

What profession you would like to attemp?
J: I like a profession of painter.  And I will definitely try it one day. I wish I have a talent for drawing, but I can always say that my paint is “a piece modern art”.

What profession you would never ever would like to attempt?
J: School bus driver.

What sound or noise you do you love?
J: It depends on the mood and the place. If I am at office I would rather take a headset and turn on my favorite music. If I am on vacation on the seashore, I adore listening to the sound of the waves. When spring is coming and birds are chirping near your windows that is a good beginning for a new day.

Your parents will never know about this fact of your life.
J: What I actually do at work :-)

Describe the perfect kiss or test case in 3 words.
J: Interesting question. Based on the question I can assume that for QA perfect kiss is the same like a perfect test case, am I right? It should be with good performance and 100% coverage :-)

What advice did you get that was the most rewarding?
J: Be confident enough to make a decision and be fully responsible for it.

What kind of breakfast would you cook for your QA team? Describe the process or/and recipe.
J: I will take a piece of attentiveness from Natasha and Kolya. A handful of new ideas from Ivan and a portion of unconventional thinking from Oleksii. Energy and enthusiasm from Kostya. A bit of “tester feelings” from Igor.  And of course positive mood from Petya. I am not sure about breakfast, but the recipe of pure QA team is here.

If you have a chance to stay on the top of the world and have a mic and you can say 1 sentence and every person on the planet will hear you and understand. What that sentence would be?
J: I don’t know what to say, I would rather stand and listen to them.

Doctor Who. David

He is the one who entered Kyiv lives and hearts taking us through a tough world of money&the power in a wild touch of hu-u-uge amount of Silver Bullets (our livers still remember every shot...), with that peculiar childish air around you we would certainly be missing.

We have also prepared to miss your wisdom, winning mentality, risk, smiles and jokes.

All stage is yours, David. Always :).

Movie you can advise without fear being killed after?

Where would you go if you were invisible?
D: Everywhere.. but mostly follow Vova around and move his mug when he was reaching for it.

What compliment do people give you the most?
D: Well, on my last trip to Kiev, I was called a bastard.. a lot. But since it relates to me leaving, I take it as a compliment :).

What advice did you get that was the most rewarding?
D: Do it. Don’t wait, don’t ask, evaluate the risks and make it works.

When you listen to yourself what do you hear?
D: The voices only speak to me.. Lots of blah blah blah.

What new technology will transform the future?
D: Instant travel, from 1 place to another. No Airport security lines, no 11 hour flights, no delays..

What was your favorite book when you were a child? What books you recommend your children?
D: I loved
The adventure series by Willard Price
EnidBlyton (most of her stuff)
I read a lot, so no single favourite.
I give my kids the same books to read, but also try to find new books that have learning stories (teach them good things while they read).

What turns you on?
D: Now that would be telling.. being challenged in a positive way, being allowed to do what I do without micromanagement

What turns you off?
D: Arrogance without intelligence to back it up.

What sound or noise do you love?
D: Kids laughing when they are having fun.

If you have a chance to stay on the top of the world and have a mic and you can say 1 sentence and every person on the planet will hear you and understand. What that sentence would be?
D: On Tuesday, it will be green.
